CRISIM is a cloud based application designed to automate the table top experiences and functional testing of multi variate crisis scenarios. The features of CRISIM are:
• Configurator to customize client situations, crisis type, duration etc.
• Case study and crisis scenarios
• Crisis strategies and plan
• Automated injects (multi channels like eMail , social media, news, regulator)
• Crisis performance measurement and reporting
The simulation has multiple progressive rounds covering the above modules and the participants are provided performance of their decisions, compared with experts, other teams. The participants learn the best practical experience through experiential learning and deep engagement.
