The Accredited Adviser in insurance (AAI) course is key subject for professionals working in the insurance sector. The course covers three main areas namely: 1) foundations of insurance productions with emphases on principles of insurance, personal insurance and commercial property insurance; 2) multiple-lines insurance production with focus on commercial liability insurance, other commercial insurance and specialized insurance and bonds; and 3) agency operations and sales management with special attention to principles of agency management, the insurance production environment and agency management tools and processes. The course investigates the importance of agency leadership and strategic alignment to insurance business.

Upon completion, trainees will receive a Certificate of Completion from The Institutes.
