Stress Management Course
The course describes the importance of maximizing the positive stress and minimizing the negative stress as those meant to inuence the lives of individuals. In the course trainees will develop those skills and how to beat the dierent types of stress that occur either in work or home.
Stress Management course will give trainees three-option methods for addressing any stressful situation, as well as a toolbox of personal skills, including using routines, relaxation techniques, and a stress log system. They will also understand what lifestyle elements they can change to reduce stress.
