Communication Skills course is about communicating with others in different methods and techniques. It is the process by which information is exchanged between people.
Upon completion of the course, trainees will be expected to:
• Understand what communication is
• Identify ways that communication can happen
• Identify barriers to communication and how to overcome them
• Develop their non-verbal communication skills
• Use the STAR method to speak on the spot
• Listen actively and eectively
• Use appreciative inquiry as a communication tool
